Fremont Jaycee Awards
Brownfield Award
- Given by the
President to a new member who has excelled in their first year as a member.
Armbruster Award - Given by the President to a member who has excelled
this year, or continues to be a positive member for the chapter. It could be
someone who has been a member for years and continues to be there for
everything.
Spark Award - Given by the President to a female member who has done an
outstanding job this year.
Spoke Award - Given by the President to a male member who has done an
outstanding job this year.
Key Leader Award - Given to the key
people contributing to the success of the chapter.
Director of the Year - Given by the
President to a director who has done a great job in their area, in other areas
as well.
Officer of the Year - Given by the President to an officer (usually
executive board member) who has excelled in their area, and worked in other
areas also.
Jaycee of the Year - Given by the President to someone who has obviously
been a good well rounded Jaycee. Worked on Projects in all areas, chaired
projects, etc.
Project of the Year - Given by the President for the project that had
the most impact on the chapter, its members and the community.
Leon Hollman Memorial Award - voted on by the membership for a general
member they feel has been well rounded in all aspects of the chapter.
Steve Peterson Memorial Award - voted
on by the board for a member they feel has been well rounded in all aspects of
the chapter, worked on projects in all areas, chaired projects, etc.
Steve Brooks Memorial Award
- voted on
by the board for a board member they feel has gone above and beyond their office
and duties and has worked well in all areas of the chapter.
Charles Cunningham Memorial Award - given by the President to some one
who has helped them throughout the year, in all areas. It does not have to be a
board member. This should go to someone who has been your right hand person,
confidant, pusher, puller, get in your face to get it done, kind of person.
